一、用途(Application)
旋啟式止回閥安裝在管路系統(tǒng)，其主要作用是防止介質倒流，是一種依靠介質壓力開啟和關
閉的自動閥門。
適用于公稱壓力 PN1.0Mpa~42.0Mpa、Class150~2500;公稱通徑 DN50~1200mm、NPS2~48″；
工作溫度-196~540℃的各種管路上，用于防止介質倒流。通過選用不同的材質，可適用于水、
蒸氣、油品、硝酸、醋酸、強氧化性介質等多種介質。
Swing Check Valves is installed in a piping system, which is used to prevent from the substance
back-flowing.
It is an automatic valve depending on the pressure to open and close.
Apply to nominal pressure：PN1.0Mpa~42.0Mpa Class150-2500;Nominal
diameterDN50~1200mm NPS2~48” ,operating temperature-196~540℃in a piping system,it is
used to prevent the back flowing of the media. It can be applicable to water, vapour, oil, hydrogen
nitrate, ethylic acid and strong oxidizing media by choosing different materials.

四、安裝、使用注意事項(Instgallation and caution)
安裝前應仔細核對標志是否與使用要求相符。
Make sure the mark is consistent with the using requirement before installation.
檢查閥門內(nèi)腔和密封面，不允許與污物附著。
Check the valve cavity and the sealing surface, which is not allowed that the dirt is attacted.
檢查連接螺柱是否均勻擰緊。
Check the connection stud is screwed evenly
從入口端往里推動閥瓣，檢查其開啟及復位是否靈活。
Push in the valve flap from the entrance, check if it is flexible to open and reset
五、維護保養(yǎng)(Maintenance)
安裝后，應定期進行檢查主要檢查項目：
After installation, should be regularly inspected the main inspection items regularly
密封面磨損情況
Sealing surface wear
搖桿轉動的磨損情況
Wear rocker rotate
閥體的內(nèi)腔以及密封面之間有否有污物堆積
check there is no dirt accumulation between the inner cavity of the body and the sealing surface.
